Tutorial on Client Onboarding for Agencies Using AI Systems and Go High Level (GHL)

Introduction to Client Onboarding

This video is designed for agencies looking to onboard clients within their system, specifically highlighting how to utilize a dashboard for entering and managing client details seamlessly. The process is explained step-by-step, catering to different types of agency models, including enterprise white label, black label, and regular agencies.

Accessing Client Details Dashboard

Agencies begin the onboarding process in the client details dashboard. Here, they can navigate to the sub-clients section and use the "onboard" button to initiate the addition of a new client. The type of clients an agency can onboard depends on their own account type, with varying access to regular, agency, or higher-tier client options.

Inputting Client Information

The onboarding process involves entering detailed client information:

CRM/API Key Retrieval: Navigate to the Go High Level (GHL) sub-account created for the client, retrieve the API key from the settings, and copy it to the clipboard for use in the AI calling system. This key integrates the AI system with GHL, allowing for detailed tagging and data entry.
Client Details: Input the client’s name, email, and the rates (outbound/inbound quote) you are charging the client per minute.
Contact Information: Enter the client's personal phone number, which is crucial for password resets via OTP (one-time passcode).
Financial Setup: Specify the initial account balance for the client, which indicates the amount credited to their account upon activation.
Twilio Integration for Client Accounts

For clients using Twilio:

Account SID and Auth Token: Retrieve the account SID and authentication token from the client's Twilio sub-account and input these into the designated fields in the dashboard. This step ensures the client’s Twilio services are correctly linked to their dashboard account.

Finalizing Onboarding

After filling out all required fields:

Submission and Confirmation: Submit the client information. Upon successful submission, the system generates a unique client ID.
Client ID Distribution: Provide the newly created client ID to the client, which they will use for their initial login. The system requires them to set a new password after logging in with the provided ID, enhancing security.

Conclusion

This tutorial covers the essentials of client onboarding for agencies using an integrated dashboard approach with support from external systems like Go High Level and Twilio. It simplifies the management and integration of client details, financial settings, and communication services, facilitating a smooth transition for new clients into the agency’s ecosystem.
